In October 2022, the second workshop for young managers for 2022 took place. Participation was open to all genders, but this time only women took part. We dealt with these topics:
- Cultural differences and diversity in the context of migration.
- Social democracy, human rights, individual and collective freedoms.
- Methods of participation in political and social life.
- Ways of gaining public support and advocating for social and political change.
As part of the workshop, we had guest trainers from various fields, for example from the business or journalism sector. SPD member Mamoon Aboassi also took part in the workshop as a guest speaker. In-Depth Stories (in-depth journalistic reports) will be written from this training and published in German and Arabic in the coming months.
