What are the various methods and habits from different places in Syria for creating these food stocks?
Which of these habits have we brought with us to Berlin?
Let’s talk about the details of our Syrian breakfast. We will cook together and present recipes while the scent of dried mint and apricot jam accompanies us.
The session will be interpreted synchronously into both Arabic and German.
The session will also be accompanied by live music. Ahmad Almeer (oud) and Hakan Wahbi (shell drum).
Note: The event is not suitable for children under 14.
